Preston has been practicing law since 1998 and opened his private practice, Branaugh Law Offices, P.C. in 2002. Outside of the office, Preston presents seminars on estate planning to various church, assisted living, and financial services communities. He has also presented non-profit seminars for continuing legal education. Preston volunteers with Gideons International, the 9Health Fair, and the Justice and Mercy Legal Aid Clinic. He is an Arvada native, die-hard Broncos fan, and in his free time he actively supports local arts, community and civic events with his wife, Jessica, and two adult daughters
